Misleading application process
Misleading, unorganized, and unprofessional are the three words I would use to describe Real Property Management Northern Utah. I submitted an application for a property and after completing it called to confirm everything was submitted properly and was told that we were the first complete application in and that they would process our application in 24 to 48 hours. They also said they would call to let us know how it was going. Received no call but called back the following day and they said everything was being processed as normal and that they would call me later. I received no call again so I called the next day and was then told that our application was actually not complete and we were not first to be processed. From start to finished I never once received a call back when they said they would call I always had to call them and they ultimately tried to avoid me when I asked them the hard questions about why I was not told when I initially called that something was missing. Real Property Management company should not be used for your rental
Owner of home Belinda Liu and Husband hired this company to rent their home when they moved to Kentucky. We were one of the unlucky ones to have rented from them. There was only one outlet in kitchen that worked. Stove hood and fan did not work. Dishwasher was old and did not function well. Everything had to be rinsed clean before washing. Garbage disposal did not work. No hot water in upstairs shower in Master Bath,scorpions galore in the home and even with spraying once a month and having to pay out of pocket they were still in the home and two people were bitten. Cracked tile in laundry room when we moved in and they blamed on us when leaving,No air conditioning upstairs that worked,Large hole in shower in small bathroom downstairs which we never used but I discovered several months after moving in cleaning the shower. Carrie Janeal was never heard from again after she was getting her money monthly and failed so many times to not put in the lease what was agreed on. She did not put the doggie door in which was a deciding factor in the rental with two big rescued goldens and then tried to say that we did this on her own as it was not in the lease. I have every single e-mail to and from the company. The doorbell did not work,and the outlet in garage did not work so we had to run a long extension cord from the laundry room into the garage for our extra refrig and freezer...The way to open the electric garage opener was two wires crossed that you had to hit directly in the middle or you would get a shock... The MAJOR ISSUE however is that they would not fix the large leak in the pool I noted that the pool was loosing water every week faster then just natural evaporation for AZ. I mentioned it to two pool care people with the second one finally doing a test that showed yes indeed there was a leak and it seemed to be in the drain in the deep end where maybe a pipe was split... When we first moved in I noted that they had painted the filter with white paint I thought that was rather odd but hey people do strange things. Well one night the filter split open and water poured all over the place and drenched anyone trying to get near it... so I was told that there was a crack in the filter and evidently they actually painted it to fool you.... I spent more in my water bill to fill that pool as I told them I was not going to keep filling the pool and their answer was then you will receive eviction for not maintaining property as the lease says.... Ah Ha so with me working full time and caring for my Husband with FTD I had no choice and no strength to pack up and move................The 54 e mails back and forth were over the top as owners reply to everything "Me no fix" Carrie Janeal said when we moved out that the owners were not going to give us our deposit back as there was mold in the frig and the weeds were in back yard. Well guess what we had been out of the house for 3 weeks

Real property Management are slumlords
Real Propert Management in Orlando Fl is the epitome of slum lords! We rented one of their listings and had nothing but problems from day one. Within days of moving in there was a heavy rain shower that flooded the back patio and almost came in the home! When we informed them what happened we were told we must have done something! Even though we reported it several times they never came out toresolve trhe problem ie; fix gutters or anything. Each time it rained we had to run out and sweep the water! In addition the garage would flood. When the refrigerator went out they sent out a used one that had filth and dried up liquid in the bottom that we had to clean, the their maintenance man knocked *** in the wall which we reported and they never fixed, in fact when we moved out they charged us to repair it! Thefixtures were so old that the kitchen faucet sprang leaks within 6 mos of us moving in with over a dozen rusted holes, which they also refused to repair. We had to replace several faucets inside and out at our own expense. When a large tree in the front yard died and was dropping huge limbs causing a safety hazard it took repeated calls and several months for them to remove even though the city said it was a hazard. On moving out they kept most of our deposit for pre-exisiting conditions that were on our move in list, that we had requested to be repaired when we moved in! Their employees are rude and incompetent, even if you pay your rent on time they treat you like dirt, do not adress repairs as they should, in a word - "Slum Lords". I would advise against anyone doing business with them, they are a nightmare to work with and you will be miserable.
